Brad Halladay PresidentBrad Halladay is a graduate of a K-12 Christian school. His four children are currently enrolled at LCCS. Brad believes that a solid Christian education in partnership with the family and local church is vital to the growth and development of a child. He has a degree from Cedarville University in Computer Engineering with minors in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Bible. Brad serves as the President of Medius Ag, LLC, where he leads the company in providing software solutions for the agricultural industry. He is also a partner at E.K. Bare & Sons, a 4th generation family business sourcing potatoes for snack food companies. At church, Brad serves on rotation as a worship leader and leads a Sunday school class for young married couples.
Ron Glessner grew up in Grove City, PA, and graduated from a Christian high school. He and his wife Lisa recently celebrated 25 years of marriage. They have four children, two are alumni of LCCS, and two in high school. After high school, Ron continued his studies at Word of Life Bible Institute and School of Youth Ministry. Ron serves at the Chief Strategy Officer at Zook Molasses Co., Good Food, Inc, and L & S Sweeteners.
Barbara Hayward graduated from The Baldwin School, a PK-12 girls private school in Bryn Mawr. She and her husband Robert have lived in Lancaster County since 1982. They have five children and two grandchildren (so far), and have experience home-schooling and with various area schools. Barbara serves on the board not only because she believes both in the Christ-centered mission of LCCS and in the importance of making an investment in the next generation, but also because in the bigger picture, strong Christian schools help to create strong Christian families, who positively impact the entire community. After high school, Barbara graduated from Bucknell University with a major in English literature and minor in secondary education. She is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Beth MacCartney is a graduate of Living Word Academy. She received her degree in education from Houghton College, her master's from Eastern Mennonite University, and taught for seven years. After 11 years of home-schooling she is thrilled to have all four of her children enrolled at LCCS. She loves the flexibility of the University Model® lower school program and 4-day option for middle and upper school. Beth has been a stay-at-home mom for the past 17 years and currently works with her husband Brandon in their business.
Jason McDougall graduated from Messiah College with a degree in accounting. He and his wife Kristen have lived in Lancaster County since 2004. Their two children are both enrolled in the University Model® program at LCCS. Jason currently serves as the managing partner of Simon Lever, local business advisory and accounting firm. He is a member at Grace Community Church.
Tim Shreiner is a life-long resident of Lancaster County. He and his wife Darla have four children; three currently attend LCCS. Their oldest is a LCCS alumna who recently married a LCCS classmate. Tim is a realtor and a principal in several real estate related businesses. He is a member of Worship Center.
David Tsai graduated from Wheaton College and received his PhD in clinical psychology from Biola University. He and his wife Lauren have three children, two of whom have attended LCCS. David is a board-certified neuropsychologist who has practiced and trained students in the private sector and for the Department of Veteran Affairs. David and his family attend Lancaster Evangelical Free Church.
